Ottima scelta.
Positive: Casa fantastica, posizione ottima, facilmente accessibile e con tutto quello che serve! Uscendo, pochi passi a destra e si è già in centro. Ottimi ristoranti vicinissimi. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Scale per accedere alle camere da letto.
Negative: Aggiungerei una "macchinetta" per il caffé espresso 😊
